Account and roles

You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials confidential and use only your own account. A client takes part in their project; an executor works on assigned tasks; administrators operate the service.

Studio creates accounts. Public self-registration may be switched off. Business users confirm that they act for a business. Consumer users retain mandatory rights that cannot be waived by these terms.

Projects and collaboration

A project may contain tasks, stages, files, comments and conversations. The project agreement or written order defines the specific scope, deliverables, deadlines, review procedure and acceptance.

Private visibility is the default. You may access only projects, tasks, chats and files for which you have permission. Workspace status is a collaboration record. It does not replace an invoice or another document required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content, attempt to access another account, or interfere with the service. Reports and moderation decisions are handled under the Platform rules.

The studio may suspend access when necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights, with an appeal route where appropriate.

Termination and disputes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to legal retention duties. Project records may be retained when needed for a contract, dispute, fraud prevention or legal obligation.

These terms are governed by Polish law. B2B disputes are heard by the courts competent for the operator in Poland, unless mandatory rules say otherwise. A consumer may use the courts and authorities of their place of residence and the European Commission ODR platform. The consumer withdrawal right applies where the law provides it; services started at the consumer’s express request before the cooling-off period ends may be excluded as allowed by law.
