Privacy notice
This notice explains the data needed to run SNK accounts and project collaboration.

Controller
The data controller is SNK studio (until a company is registered — the operator described in the Legal notice). Contact: contact@snk.design. Base: Poland.
You may also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland or to the supervisory authority in your EU country.
Data we process
We may process profile and contact data, account role, company details, project briefs, tasks, stages, comments, chat messages, file metadata, authentication data, consent records and security logs.
Do not upload health data, identity documents or other special-category information unless the project requires it and a lawful basis and security process have been confirmed.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to create accounts, authenticate users, deliver projects, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and keep evidence of agreements. The applicable legal basis may be contract, pre-contract steps, legal obligation or legitimate interest.
Optional analytics, marketing communications and public portfolio use require a separate choice where consent is the applicable basis. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with authorised project participants and the providers the studio actually uses: Vercel Inc. (hosting, functions, private Blob storage), Prisma Data, Inc. (Postgres), Auth.js and — when the buttons are enabled — Google LLC and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (sign-in). An optional studio mailbox uses Gmail SMTP/IMAP (Google).
Some of these providers may process data in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and the provider’s settings where available. Retention: account and project data for the collaboration and as long as needed for a contract, dispute or legal duty; consents until withdrawn or changed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing.
