Project agreement
Each project should have a versioned agreement or order accepted by the relevant parties before work begins.

Scope and deliverables
The project record identifies the brief, tasks, stages, deliverables, dependencies and target dates. Work outside the agreed scope requires a written change request.
The workspace status is a collaboration record. It does not replace a signed order, invoice or other document required by applicable law.
Review and acceptance
The client can accept a stage or request specific revisions. The project records the decision, timestamp, person and document version used for the agreement.
The number and timing of revision rounds, response deadlines and the effect of silence must be stated in the project-specific order.
Confidentiality and ownership
Confidential information may be used only to perform the project. The parties should specify confidentiality duration, permitted disclosures and return or deletion of materials.
The order must state whether rights in each deliverable are assigned or licensed, when that takes effect and which third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
