Cookie policy
SNK uses necessary cookies for authentication, security and remembering your privacy choice. Optional analytics cookies are off by default and do not load a measurement script today.

Your choice
Analytics starts only after an affirmative opt-in and only once the studio connects a tool. Refusing analytics does not prevent access to the website or workspace.
We store the choice in the browser (localStorage: snk_cookie_consent). You can change it from Cookie settings in the footer.
Necessary cookies and local storage
authjs.session-token or __Secure-authjs.session-token — sign-in session (Auth.js). authjs.csrf-token — form protection. authjs.callback-url — return from Google or Facebook.
In the studio panel: snk_admin_inbox_seen, snk_admin_forms_seen, snk_admin_leads_seen, snk_admin_projects_seen — read markers on lists (HTTP cookies).
In the browser, not as HTTP cookies: snk_cookie_consent, snk_account_sidebar, snk_admin_sidebar, snk_chat_sidebar, snk_account_chat_sidebar, snk_chat_group_expand — privacy choice and panel layout.
Third-party tools
We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or a similar script while the choice is necessary-only or until analytics is connected. When a tool is connected, we will add its name, role and identifier retention here.
