Project materials remain private unless the applicable project agreement or a separate choice says otherwise.

User warranties
Before uploading material, confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for SNK and authorised project participants to use it for the project.
Do not upload confidential or third-party content beyond the agreed purpose. Notify SNK promptly about a claim or takedown request.
Deliverables
The project agreement must define assignment or licence of deliverables, permitted uses, third-party components, moral rights and the moment when rights change hands.
A workspace upload is not automatically a public licence or a transfer of ownership.
Portfolio and takedown
SNK must not publish a project, logo, case study or public link by default. Portfolio use requires a separate, revocable choice from the rights holder.
